Annual Picnic Lunch

YOU ARE ALL INVITED to our annual picnic lunch, at 12:30 pm at the Beach House on Sunday, August 24, 2014. Come early, for a swim!

This will also be an opportunity beginning at 12:00 noon to discuss the state of the Farm and the Trust, and is an early 118^th celebration of Aunt Avis’ birthday, September 1 (being also the 81st anniversary of her 1933 purchase of the Farm, and the 18^th of the Trust).

There will be a ham, sliced cheese, mustard and mayonnaise, paper plates and napkins, plastic cutlery, beer, white wine, gingerale, tonic and bottled water, oatmeal bread, potato chips and watermelon. Anyone wishing to add to the collation should advise Ellen.

In addition, Kate and I propose to have a hotdog and hamburger cookout on the grill informal supper at the Farmhouse at 6 pm the preceding evening, Saturday, August 23, to which all are also invited [please leave a message on the Farmhouse phone (763-2250) if you will be coming], which will provide an additional opportunity to discuss matters, including possible changes to the Trust terms, discussed in the enclosed separate sheet.
