Front Porch Renovation

The front porch and roof have begun to sag, so we have contracted to have this fixed BEFORE it causes serious damage. This means removing all the screens and decking, shoring up the footings (including moving some electrical wiring), replacing the decking, and returning the screens. As part of this project, we will move the screen wall in a few inches to accomodate people coming and going into the house without pushing in the screen.
